[Mailinglist] Lib not found + TCL Testing Tool

Dear All

  What could be the reason for a library to be not
recognised? I am using a shared library. 

  I am using MONO to run C# programs in linux. I have
to use functions from a shared lib. the library was
copied to current directory along with the source
files. Still its not able to find the library during
runtime. Its throwing an Exception DLLNOTFOUND. 

  I made a dummy shared lib with the required  stub
function.Then it was recognised. 

 How do i debug this problem?? Please Help

ALSO 

 Does anybody know any Testing tool with GUI that can
be used to test test scripts written with TCL?
