Point taken.  The reply was partly a spur of the
moment thing and partly owing to my understanding that
supporting free software on any proprietary platform
would be dancing to the tunes of M$ and the likes.  

Anyway.  One of my friends has had some *real*
experience with TinyERP.  I don't think he is a member
of this list.  You can email him at bobanpulinchery AT
gmail DOT com.  I remember him saying that TinyERP has
not much support for Indian accounting procedures(what
ever that means).  You can also call him up.  Please
mail me for his number, he stays at Trissur(Kerala).
