[Mailinglist] Digit "F-Track to Linux": a summary of misappropriations

Dear Fellow Linuxers,

I hope you all have read Balakrishna Pillai sir's post on the misappropriated
menion of GNU Project and FSF in Digi's April 2006 "FastTrack to Linux".

I attempted to summarize what I felt like errors, omissions, and oversight into
a file, which I mailed to Digit's editor and got 2 (positive) feedback from
them (along with a job offer as Digit's in-house Linux writer).

I'm sending this to you. Intended audience: Those who purchased April 2006
digit along with the booklet. (see attachment)


Well, the standards disclaimer applies. All suggestions and corrections are
welcome (flames to /dev/null).

Do inform me as to what you think of it (My beta testers replied positive)...
