Dear members

How is everyone hope all are doing fine

    Well this year has been pretty good for ILUG Kochi because it has been able to conduct several programmes in the form of seminars, demonstrations, and classes.(And also the average meeting turnout has increased considerably). But I believe one big oppurtunity thats coming this year is on November 30 when ILUG Kochi will be putting up a stall at the IT 2006 - All India IT Exhibition at Ernakulam. There are also seminars being held.

    As you know this platform will be a pretty good one, to spread free software awareness and impart knowledge among the people. 

    Hence as members it is the responsibility of each and everyone of us to make this event a grand one.

So since im doing some arrangements for the programme and have chalked out plans, 
I request all the members to come forward to volunteer for this event and make it a grand success,

    As you know human resource is the most important factor when it comes to such events. Therefore I  expect a lot of you to turn up to help us put together this event.

We need people to help do lot of backstage stuff too as u know. 

Also most importantly we need speakers who are looking for oppurtunuties to speak out and spread the awareness. As i mentioned earlier we do have seminars being planned.

We have a meeting scheduled on Saturday, 18-11-2006, 6pm at the regular Ilug meeting venue those who are able to make it plz do it without fail.

In case you are unable to make it, do call me instantly because in order to coordinate the event and manage the tasks, i need people to react soon

I personally request all the people in ernakulam to take this event seriously and come forward to make this event a big success. 

Remember what we always talk about inside here, needs to go out too and small sacrifices make for big rewards
