Hi FOSSers,

Thanks Mahesh and Binny for the enthusiasm shown. Yes i have approached
several members of the FOSS community and they are willing to conduct
sessions during the event. Last time (2005) we had a guest speaker who came
all the way from Bangalore but what i felt was that the turn out was pretty
low, only 15-20 folks attended. We need to improve the turnout.

This time we need more publicty like posters put up about the event in all
major colleges in the city. Can Mahesh or Binny volunteer for this publicity
part ? . I can provide the ideas for the posters and also find sponsors for
the posters :-)

I would like to confirm the venue and the speakers only after knowing the
community's stand on this event.
