[Mailinglist] Requirements management tool

Hi all,

Can someone suggest a opne source requirements management tool.
I tried osrmt <http://www.osrmt.com> (which i got from sourceforge), but has
some usablity issues.
Web based tools would be nice.

Any good suggestions?
