[Mailinglist] Solved - ISO writing problem

Hello GNUers,

 I guess you would remember me asking you all for help for solving my
system problems some months back, about not able to burn ISOs correctly;
troubleshooting one by one and then coming to the conclusion that it
would be either the CD media or the CD writer.

 Well, I bought a DVD writer (LG brand) last week and that has solved my
problem as of for now. Thanking you all for trying to help me debug the
problem. I downloaded Mandriva 2008.1 XFCE, burned it and have now
installed successfully.

 Thanking you all once more for the support for troubleshooting my
problem.
