[Mailinglist] Microsoft plans to limit Linux on low-cost PCs

Even if Microsoft plan to make Windows as a free operating system, I don't
think it is a good idea to use it in our PC's. They have to change the OS
design to standard ones (micro or monolithic), which is impossible at this
stage. Microsoft decided to follow this design for the sake of marketing.
