[ILUG-Cochin.org] how to convert kerala to a Free software State?

Hi,

More computer shops should come up who get a desktop gnu ( Ubuntu for
example ) preinstalled

Whenever i have been to a computer shop ..i have seen guys there buying off
new laptops/pcs and the tech guy at the shop installing for them
Windows/Office etc and the user having a satisfied look in his face as if he
is getting something great

We must have exclusive GNU/Linux shops who take the pain on researching
compatible hardware and get a PC/Laptop preinstalled with Linux that just
works

I had this dream of starting such a store ..but you know the market is very
crowded and i am occupied else where :)

So it would be best if the LUG people could provide training to the existing
pc vendors on how to cash on GNU/Linux and related services
