[ILUG-Cochin.org] how to convert kerala to a Free software State?

I am prasad faculty from fisat engg colege, Angamaly.

We are interested to conduct 3 days  open source technology awareness
programme for school & higher secondary teachers this month. We have good
resource persons to take classes. But is there anybody in your group, with
contact details of schools/ teachers near angamaly area?
