[ILUG-Cochin.org] how to convert kerala to a Free software State?

Hi,

Is there any way to put an article, which we (ILUG) write in Metro
Manorama? I think, if that is possible, once in a while we can do
that. I suggest the article should be only about the Free Software
movement and GNU+Linux operating system. Not a comparision between
Linux and Windows or advantages and disadvantages etc. I think the
following speech given by Stephen Fry is good for writing such an
article.

This will give a better idea for beginners as well as for people who
want to switch to GNU+Linux.
